API access is subject to rate limits as defined in your API key configuration. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling (429 errors) or permanent suspension of access for repeated violations.

5 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in ways that negatively impact other users.

6 Limitation of Liability

RateScout is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The data provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

7 Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
